Senior Program Manager People Experience

You will lead complex People Experience programs from planning through delivery and ongoing improvement. You will define scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and success measures; implement change-management and communication plans; align stakeholders; monitor adoption; and provide executive-ready reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, execution, and ongoing management of People Experience initiatives and cross-functional programs
• Define program scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, risks, dependencies, and success measures
• Maintain integrated program plans and manage progress, risks, and issues
• Implement process improvements during project execution
• Design and implement change-management strategies to drive adoption and sustainability
• Assess organizational readiness and develop communication and engagement plans
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment, decision-making, and issue resolution
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and provide executive-ready status communications
• Establish governance models, reporting mechanisms, dashboards, and program artifacts
• Optimize People Experience structures, standards, and workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience leading complex programs, transformation initiatives, or organizational change efforts in an HR, People Experience, or related environment
• Experience managing enterprise-wide cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
• Program and project management skills including planning, governance, risk management, and multi-workstream execution
• Experience developing and implementing change-management strategies
• Experience working with People Experience, HR, or People teams
• Ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to inform program design and decisions
• Communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build scalable program frameworks, playbooks, or toolkits
