Description
You will lead complex treasury platform implementations from kickoff through go-live and hypercare. You will run executive discovery, design solutions and integrations, configure the platform, mentor consultants, resolve client escalations, train clients, and improve implementation practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex implementations from kickoff through go-live and hypercare
- Run executive-level discovery and define success criteria
- Design and document treasury solutions and integrations
- Advise clients on treasury best practices and process change
- Configure the platform and establish configuration standards
- Coach and mentor Professional Services Consultants
- Resolve difficult client situations
- Deliver client and train-the-trainer sessions
- Provide LATAM market requirements and client insight to Product, Engineering, and Sales
- Improve implementation methodology, templates, and playbooks
Requirements
- 6+ years of client-facing solution consulting or enterprise software implementation experience in Treasury Management Systems, ERP, or financial SaaS
- Fluent written and spoken English and Portuguese
- Spanish is a strong plus
- Experience leading complex multi-entity or multinational implementations
- Experience with software ecosystems and data flows between treasury systems, banks, and ERPs
- Knowledge of bank connectivity, including SWIFT, host-to-host, APIs, and file formats
- Knowledge of cash management, cash forecasting, payments, FX, financial risk, or hedge accounting
- Experience in Corporate Treasury, Accounting, or Finance
- Experience coaching or mentoring junior consultants
- Willingness to travel across Brazil and Latin America
