Senior Product Manager, World App

Own the World App roadmap for iOS and Android, partner with designers and engineers on decentralized finance and mobile-first financial products, translate goals into actionable roadmaps, coordinate stakeholders, and help scale the team.

Responsibilities

• Own the World App roadmap and prioritize features
• Define timelines and milestones for iOS and Android releases
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to ship features
• Build and develop mobile decentralized finance and financial products
• Translate strategic goals into actionable product roadmaps
• Coordinate cross-functional work with stakeholders
• Hire and help scale the product team
• Ensure a high-quality user experience for mobile users

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in fintech, payments, Web3, or DeFi
• Deep understanding of Web3 technologies and crypto-native experiences
• Proven ability to define product vision and go-to-market strategy
• Experience designing processes and navigating ambiguous environments
• Experience working on mobile-first products across iOS and Android
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
• Degree in Computer Science, Math, or Statistics, or equivalent engineering or design experience
• Experience as a founder or individual contributor leading product vision
• Bias toward action and ability to execute in fast-paced environments
