Senior Product Manager

Own meaningful product areas across AI, data ingestion, proactive agents, integrations, and customer experiences. Drive products from discovery through launch and iteration, work directly with field customers, connect business systems, move insights into action, and improve AI accuracy, citations, speaker attribution, latency, and trust.

Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy and concepts through discovery, launch, adoption, and iteration
• Design products for users who work outside the office
• Visit customers and observe field operations
• Turn customer learning across industries into product direction
• Move business context from CRMs, DMSs, phone systems, calendars, and warehouses into Siro
• Apply intelligence to drive behavior change and operate the sales motion
• Improve AI accuracy, citations, speaker attribution, latency, and trust

Requirements

• 6+ years in product management
• Ownership of meaningful product areas at a growth-stage company
• Product judgment in ambiguous domains
• Ability to work with customers in the field
• Technical fluency with engineering tradeoffs
• Understanding of model quality, latency, cost per query, and integration data freshness
