Senior Product Manager / Product Owner

ScrumLaunch is a software development company supporting fast-growing US startups across various industries, with locations in Los Angeles, CA, and Portland, OR. We partner with startups by embedding product and engineering teams directly into their core operations.
We are looking for a Product Manager who can bridge business goals, client expectations, and engineering execution to deliver high-quality digital products.
In this role, you will own product planning and delivery from discovery through release, working closely with clients, designers, engineers, and QA teams. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into actionable plans, driving alignment across stakeholders, and ensuring successful product outcomes.
This position requires a strong balance of product thinking, delivery management, and operational excellence.

Requirements
5+ years of Product Management experience in software development environments.
Experience managing B2B SaaS, enterprise software, healthcare, AI, workflow automation, or digital products.
Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
Experience managing backlogs, prioritization, sprint planning, and release planning.
Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills.
Ability to work closely with technical teams and understand system architecture, APIs, integrations, and technical dependencies.
Experience reviewing designs and implementations against product requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Understanding of release governance, quality assurance processes, and delivery operations.

Responsibilities
Own product planning, roadmap management, and feature prioritization.
Gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements.
Create PRDs, user stories, user journeys, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
Translate business requirements into clear and actionable tickets for engineering teams.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, QA, Design, and Client stakeholders.
Manage backlog prioritization, sprint planning, refinement sessions, and release planning activities.
Identify dependencies, risks, blockers, and proactively drive resolution.
Facilitate product demos, stakeholder reviews, status updates, and delivery governance ceremonies.
Maintain product documentation, decision logs, roadmaps, and delivery artifacts.
Ensure features meet business objectives, quality standards, and user expectations
Support continuous improvement of product and delivery processes
Make informed product decisions by balancing business needs, customer value, technical feasibility, and delivery constraints

Experience working on AI, machine learning, workflow automation, healthcare technology, fintech, or enterprise platforms
Experience with multi-team product delivery
Familiarity with analytics, experimentation, and product performance measurement
