Senior Product Manager OTC Trading

You will translate Markets requirements into prioritized product specifications and a delivery roadmap for API, GUI, and voice or chat trading channels. You will lead engineering and vendor delivery, manage liquidity-provider and bank integrations, oversee the trade lifecycle, and embed compliance requirements into controls, onboarding, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Translate Markets requirements into product specifications, priorities, and a delivery plan across API, GUI, and voice or chat channels
• Lead delivery with internal engineering and external vendors and partners
• Manage relationships with liquidity providers, banking partners, custody providers, OMS providers, and build partners
• Own the product side of the trade lifecycle from quote and execution through hedge, settlement, and ledger
• Serve as technical product owner for liquidity-provider and bank integrations through testing and go-live
• Build Compliance and Legal requirements into product controls, client onboarding flows, and reporting
• Maintain a current roadmap and delivery status for Markets and leadership

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management or technical delivery experience in trading, FX, payments, or digital asset infrastructure
• Knowledge of APIs, including REST and WebSocket, event-driven systems, and settlement flows
• Ability to resolve integration issues with engineers
• Experience managing third-party vendors and integrations to deadlines
• Ability to create clear written specifications and align Markets, Engineering, Compliance, and Treasury
• Knowledge of OTC execution models, stablecoin settlement, and KYC/AML requirements is a strong plus
• Must successfully pass a post-offer background check and drug screen
