Senior Product Manager Fiat and Accounts

You will own fiat products including multi-currency accounts, local and cross-border payouts, and partner integrations. You will set product strategy and roadmaps, lead discovery and scoping, work on regulatory requirements, gather enterprise customer insights, and measure outcomes after launch.

Responsibilities

• Set the direction and roadmap for fiat products
• Prioritize work using revenue, cost, and customer-demand data
• Lead discovery and scoping with Engineering, Compliance, and Finance
• Own product relationships with banking and payment partners
• Address regulatory requirements for safeguarding, reconciliation, and payment screening
• Gather enterprise customer insights and convert them into priorities
• Define success metrics and track post-launch outcomes

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in payments, banking, or fintech
• Track record of product decisions that changed business outcomes
• Experience with API products
• Technical depth to discuss design with engineers
• Experience working under a financial regulator
• Proficiency in AI-aided workflow
