You will lead Enterprise product development and adoption across EMEA. You will translate vision into roadmaps, guide technical product decisions, coordinate project execution, identify product opportunities, conduct customer and market research, define requirements, maintain documentation, and use qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate product assumptions.
Responsibilities
- Translate product vision into an actionable roadmap
- Own the product narrative and communicate product goals
- Engage in technical discussions with engineering
- Align engineering work with product goals
- Lead project execution and resolve roadblocks
- Identify product opportunities and define milestones
- Conduct customer discovery workshops and market research
- Monitor regulatory and market news
- Define product requirements and documentation
- Gather qualitative and quantitative data to assess product assumptions
Requirements
- 7+ years of Product Manager experience in a regulated environment
- Proven track record of delivering impact
- Understanding of blockchain-based technology
- Knowledge of crypto custody best practices
- Understanding of the tokenization lifecycle
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to convey complex technical concepts
- Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Currently residing in Zurich, Switzerland
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Prior experience with Bitcoin-related products
- Experience with enterprise-focused crypto products
- Understanding of traditional financial systems, services, and products
- Understanding of commercial banking, investment banking, prime brokerage, and asset management
- Knowledge of Liquid and its role in the Bitcoin ecosystem
- Russian and/or Ukrainian language skills
