Senior Product Designer (UX/UI)

Design end-to-end web and growth solutions across UX/UI and graphics to create engaging user experiences. Collaborate with marketing and development to align designs with business objectives, run A/B tests, analyze results, and advocate for design excellence.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end web and growth solutions covering full-scope UX/UI and graphics
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to align designs with business objectives
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze user behavior to inform design improvements
• Present and justify design decisions and advocate for design excellence

Requirements

• Proven experience in web design with a demonstrable portfolio
• Experience with Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, and Figma
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Exceptional visual and interaction design skills
• Commitment to aligning design with business objectives and user needs
• Adaptability to change and quick learning ability
• Excellent communication skills
