Senior Product Designer

Design simple, fun and safe user experiences and interfaces that solve users' problems and align with business goals. Lead product discovery, conduct user interviews, gather feedback from end users and developers, iterate on designs, and deliver measurable UX improvements from concept to launch.

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery and conduct user interviews to innovate new features
• Gather feedback from end users and developers and iterate on product design
• Define the overall product experience vision
• Deliver measurable user experience improvements for new and existing products
• Drive product features from concept to launch

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years UX/UI design experience, preferably in consumer tech
• Previous Web3 product design experience is a plus
• Ability to tackle ambiguous problems and shape them into clear goals
• Comfort working in a fast-moving environment
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Interested in and actively learning blockchain technologies
