Senior Product Designer

You will shape the user experience and visual language for web and mobile products. You will turn complex product goals into intuitive interfaces, own and expand a scalable accessible design system, create prototypes, document components and specifications, and partner with engineers through implementation. You will use feedback, data, and user testing to iterate, facilitate design work, and contribute to product and communications visual identity.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine user experiences and interfaces for core web and mobile applications from concept to launch
• Own and expand a scalable accessible design system and component library
• Deliver polished UI components aligned with the brand
• Write component documentation UI specifications and usage guidelines
• Partner with frontend engineers through implementation
• Apply WCAG standards and UX best practices
• Build interactive prototypes using AI-powered tools
• Iterate designs based on user feedback data and product needs
• Lead design work including frameworks brainstorms and stakeholder presentations
• Contribute to visual identity and coordinate with external design partners

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional product or UI design experience
• Experience building and scaling design systems and hybrid component libraries
• Portfolio including component libraries and detailed UI documentation
• Expertise in Figma and managing a design system
• Knowledge of HTML CSS and frontend frameworks
• Interaction design knowledge for mobile and desktop
• Experience using AI tools and AI-enhanced design workflows
• Ability to own the end-to-end design process and drive execution
• Clear communication with designers engineers and leadership
