Senior Product Designer

You will lead product design from discovery and research through prototyping, implementation, and iteration. You will simplify technical workflows for Hopae Connect, collaborate with engineers and cross-functional partners, use customer insights and analytics to guide decisions, and build scalable design systems, brand assets, and marketing templates.

Responsibilities

• Lead design initiatives from problem discovery and user research through prototyping, implementation, and iteration
• Design intuitive experiences for Hopae Connect Console, developer onboarding, activation, and identity-verification workflows
• Translate complex technical requirements into simple user experiences
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation
• Use customer feedback, usability testing, and product analytics to inform design decisions
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, reusable components, and interaction patterns
• Create reusable design assets, marketing templates, and brand guidelines
• Design visual assets for presentations, sales materials, events, website, and landing pages

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and shipping complex digital products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership from problem definition to shipped outcomes
• Excellent interaction design, information architecture, and visual design skills
• Strong proficiency in Figma and component-based design systems
• Ability to simplify complex workflows and technical concepts
• Strong product judgment and ability to make decisions independently
• Ability to work in English with a globally distributed team
