Senior Product Designer

You will own product areas from concept through launch. You will create flows, wireframes, and specifications; collaborate on feature delivery; define success criteria; prototype and run experiments; ensure feasible designs with engineering; and conduct research, usability testing, and critiques.

Responsibilities

• Own product areas from concept to launch
• Produce flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity specifications
• Collaborate to scope, design, prototype, test, and ship features
• Define success criteria and ship features that improve product metrics
• Create prototypes and run experiments based on data
• Partner with engineering on feasible and maintainable designs
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and design critiques

Requirements

• 5+ years of end-to-end product design experience
• Portfolio demonstrating shipped work
• Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools
• Experience setting success criteria and improving product metrics
• Visual design skills and knowledge of design systems
• Experience owning projects from research through shipped UI
• Familiarity with productivity tools such as Notion or Craft
• Fluency with AI-powered design tools and workflows
