Senior Product Designer Full Stack

You will own the end-to-end design process for web and mobile experiences, from discovery and product definition through interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and delivery. You will turn complex financial and cross-chain functionality into clear, trustworthy user journeys, flows, wireframes, and production-ready interfaces. You will conduct user research, test assumptions, analyze product behavior, evolve the design system, contribute to product strategy, and work with Product, Engineering, and Growth to bring features to market.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process from discovery and product definition through delivery
• Turn complex financial and cross-chain functionality into clear and trustworthy user experiences
• Design user journeys, information architecture, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready web and mobile interfaces
• Shape conversational interfaces and AI-powered financial agent interactions
• Conduct user research, test assumptions, analyze product behavior, and improve the experience
• Build and evolve a scalable design system
• Contribute to product strategy and simplify requirements where possible
• Work with Product, Engineering, and Growth to define problems and bring features to market
• Communicate product capabilities through UX, product language, and visual communication

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience designing and shipping complex digital products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product ownership, interaction design, visual design, and measurable product impact
• Ability to simplify complex systems and technical concepts into intuitive user experiences
• Proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and design systems
• Experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams
• Familiarity with blockchain products, wallets, trading, DeFi, or cross-chain applications
