Senior People Partner

You will partner with senior leaders on organisational design, team structure, talent, performance, and leadership decisions. You will use people data to assess organisational health, coach managers through complex challenges, lead people initiatives from strategy through delivery, and handle employee-relations and performance matters.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders on organisational design, role clarity, and growth planning
• Use people data and insights to assess organisational health and set priorities
• Advise and coach managers and leaders on performance, feedback, accountability, and talent development
• Support succession planning, performance calibration, and critical-talent development
• Deliver key people initiatives from strategy through design and implementation
• Handle complex performance, employee relations, and organisational issues
• Partner with Talent, People Operations, and Total Rewards teams
• Use AI and automation to improve people practices and decision-making

Requirements

• Significant experience as a People Partner, HR Business Partner, or similar strategic HR professional
• Experience supporting organisations through scaling
• Experience advising senior leaders on organisational design, talent, performance, and leadership
• Organisational diagnostic skills
• Ability to connect people data, business performance, and leadership behaviour
• Commercial acumen
• Experience handling complex performance and employee relations matters
• Relationship-building and influencing skills
• Strong written and spoken English communication
