Senior Partner Delivery Manager

You will own strategic relationships with systems integrators, consulting firms, and implementation partners. You will advise partners on building service practices, oversee enterprise transformation programs, manage delivery risks and escalations, align stakeholders, and establish governance, metrics, reviews, playbooks, and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of strategic partners and build relationships with partner and customer stakeholders
• Advise partners on scaling their services practices, delivery methodologies, organizational structures, certifications, and go-to-market motions
• Guide partners through enterprise AI and customer-experience transformation programs
• Monitor partner-led implementations and manage risks and escalations
• Align partners with account executives, partner managers, and internal stakeholders
• Drive governance structures, success metrics, delivery reviews, and executive business reviews
• Scale Partner Success programs, playbooks, and frameworks

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, consulting, partner management, customer success, or professional services
• Experience working with global systems integrators, consulting firms, or implementation partners
• Knowledge of enterprise delivery models, SAFe Agile, waterfall, and project governance
• Ability to lead executive reviews and communicate with partner leadership, customer executives, and technical teams
• Excellent written and spoken English
