Senior Partner Agent Architect

You will guide strategic partners and enterprise customers through solution discovery, architecture, integration design, and implementation strategy for AI agents. You will design scalable integrations, lead technical workshops, translate requirements into conversational experiences, test solutions, resolve delivery blockers, and document reusable implementation patterns.

Responsibilities

• Scope and design end-to-end AI agent deployments across complex enterprise environments
• Define integrations with CRMs, ERPs, ticketing platforms, contact center technologies, and other enterprise applications
• Solve multi-system data-flow, dependency, and integration challenges
• Guide API design, authentication, data transformation, field mapping, error handling, and integration patterns
• Build, configure, test, and troubleshoot integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, JSON/XML, and Postman
• Lead technical discovery workshops, architecture reviews, and solution design sessions
• Translate customer workflows and business requirements into conversational components and AI agent behavior
• Apply LLM, prompting, embedding, and context-management knowledge to improve agent performance
• Support prompt design, conversational flows, guardrails, escalation logic, and voice configuration
• Validate architecture, integration reliability, agent quality, and real-world behavior through structured testing
• Review partner-created solution designs and enable partners to deliver solutions independently
• Resolve delivery blockers with relevant stakeholders
• Document reusable architecture patterns, implementation guidance, technical standards, and best practices

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in enterprise customer-facing technical roles
• Experience working with strategic partners, systems integrators, consulting firms, or partner-led delivery models
• Systems-thinking experience across multiple systems and data sources
• Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms
• Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON/XML, Postman, OAuth, API keys, and JWT
• Experience reading API documentation, defining field mappings, and troubleshooting integrations
• Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, conversational architecture, and enterprise AI workflows
• Stakeholder and project management skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
