Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
Test and scale creatives, offers, and advertising approaches.
Monitor key metrics and continuously improve campaign efficiency.

Experience working with Tier-1 GEOs.
Strong understanding of CPA and performance-based buying models.
Consistent monthly profit and a track record of successful scaling.
Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions.
A systematic approach to testing, optimization, and budget management.

We’re looking for:
Middle+ Buyers: consistent monthly profit of $15K–$30K.
Senior Buyers: consistent monthly profit of $30K+.
One-time results are not enough — consistency matters.

What We Offer
Powerful in-house infrastructure: proprietary CRM with advanced analytics, automated buying tools, and automated rules.
In-house PWA development to support campaign performance and scaling.
Dedicated creative teams: motion, static, and UGC creatives with clear production timelines.
Access to top-performing offers and creatives across the team.
Strong Affiliate / BizDev support: established advertiser relationships, exclusive deals, and private offers.
Growth opportunities: experienced buyers can build and lead their own teams with company resources and support.
