You will manage daily social operations across X LinkedIn YouTube Discord TikTok and Instagram. You will grow online communities moderate conversations respond to questions and share product updates. You will create social assets blog posts visuals and email campaigns while managing the content calendar. You will repurpose long form content monitor engagement metrics support SHx campaigns and report community insights and channel performance.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily social operations across X LinkedIn YouTube Discord TikTok and Instagram
- Manage and grow online communities
- Moderate conversations and respond to community questions
- Monitor community sentiment and report emerging trends concerns and feedback
- Create social assets blog posts visuals and email campaigns
- Manage the content calendar across channels
- Repurpose long form content for social email and web
- Monitor engagement metrics and report campaign insights
- Support SHx marketing governance updates and merchant rewards campaigns
- Monitor fintech and crypto trends to inform content
- Own replies moderation and brand tone across community channels
- Maintain the feedback loop between communities marketing product and leadership
- Inform channel strategy and contribute a point of view to planning
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in marketing content or social roles
- Strong writing skills with attention to tone clarity and brand alignment
- Proficiency with AI tools and visual design platforms
- Experience managing or contributing to social media channels and online communities
- Comfort supporting brand voice and campaigns for B2B and crypto-native audiences
- Ability to stay organized work creatively work independently and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with Discord Telegram Canva Notion HubSpot or Figma is a bonus
- Must be located within a 25-mile radius of San Francisco
- Authorized to work in the United States
