You will lead and develop a small business systems team, set priorities, and coach team members. You will lead the NetSuite ERP implementation from requirements through adoption, administer Arena PLM, and improve systems, reporting, and AI workflows across supply chain operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a small business systems team
- Lead the NetSuite ERP implementation from requirements and design through adoption
- Own Arena PLM administration, configuration, and governance
- Manage BOMs, change management, and routings
- Partner with Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, and IT on core processes and the systems roadmap
- Deploy systems, reporting, AI, and agentic workflows to improve supply chain operations
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in business systems, ERP, or supply chain operations
- 3+ years leading teams or major implementations
- Enterprise system configuration
- Data integrity
- Change control
- Supply chain expertise across procurement, MRP, planning, inventory, logistics, transfers, and RMA
- Requirements gathering
- Process design
