Senior Manager Program Management International Programs

You will lead concurrent international defense programs and own cost, schedule, technical performance, and customer satisfaction. You will manage customer relationships, contracts, export-compliance activities, schedules, forecasts, risks, reporting, cross-functional execution, and frequent international travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple international defense programs
• Own program cost, schedule, technical performance, and customer satisfaction
• Manage relationships with international government, military, and industry stakeholders
• Lead industrial partnerships and technology-transfer initiatives
• Manage international contracts, changes, disputes, milestones, and payments
• Coordinate export-control compliance activities
• Translate customer requirements into cross-functional execution plans
• Maintain schedules, forecasts, staffing plans, and risk registers
• Report program performance to executives and customers
• Support regional business-development and capture efforts
• Mentor program managers
• Travel internationally for customer engagement

Requirements

• 8+ years of program management experience supporting defense or aerospace programs
• Experience managing international defense programs for foreign government or military customers
• Experience owning cost, schedule, and performance for customer-facing programs
• Experience managing complex contracts
• Working knowledge of ITAR and EAR export-control regulations
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Experience managing complex program financials
• Experience with Microsoft Project or Smartsheet
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally frequently
• U.S. Person status as defined by ITAR
