Real Chemistry is looking for a Senior Manager, Paid Social to join our growing Biddable Media team.
The Senior Manager owns paid social strategy and execution for client projects of moderate scope with limited oversight. This person translates business objectives into effective channel approaches, solves complex activation challenges and develops compelling performance stories tied to client outcomes.
This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices—including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, Lambertville, or San Francisco—or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs.
What you’ll do
- Translate client business goals, audience needs and campaign objectives into paid social channel strategies.
- Oversee tactical planning, forecasting, activation, optimization and analysis across assigned accounts.
- Develop test-and-learn initiatives that evolve account performance and expand paid social capabilities.
- Address complex performance concerns through audience, bidding, creative, placement or account-structure changes.
- Supervise campaign launches, identify process gaps and improve practice documentation and workflows.
- Translate media metrics into meaningful business insights, recommendations and ROI narratives.
- Own or support recurring client updates and deliver clear presentations on performance, insights and next steps.
- Guide junior team members on strategy, delegate work appropriately and contribute to their development.
- Manage cross-functional relationships with Client Experience, Analytics, Strategy, Ad Operations, Creative and partner agencies.
This position is a perfect fit for you if
- You are an expert campaign storyteller who can make complex performance data understandable and actionable.
- You bring proposed solutions when escalating issues rather than simply identifying problems.
- You are comfortable serving as a developing channel authority for clients and internal teams.
- You enjoy testing new ideas and turning successful learnings into repeatable practices.
- You communicate with confidence, clarity and an awareness of your audience.
What you should have
- 4+ years of experience in digital media, including significant hands-on paid social campaign management.
- Experience translating client business objectives into channel strategy and tactical recommendations.
- Demonstrated success managing complex campaigns, restructures or performance challenges.
- Strong understanding of audience strategy, campaign measurement, optimization and testing.
- Experience presenting campaign recommendations and results to clients.
- Ability to oversee multiple projects and balance competing priorities.
- Experience mentoring junior practitioners or providing workstream leadership.
- Healthcare or pharmaceutical media experience is preferred.
Pay Range: $75,000-$90,000
The anticipated salary range for this position is listed above. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, and internal parity.
