Senior Manager Internal Communications

You will develop the narrative and communication plans for the data centre infrastructure organization. You will advise leaders, translate technical and operational work into clear employee communications, support all-hands and site milestones, coordinate company-wide messaging, handle sensitive communications, and measure impact to improve future work.

Responsibilities

• Partner with data centre infrastructure leaders on strategy, priorities, and milestones
• Develop the organization's narrative and communications plans
• Translate technical, construction, and operational work into employee stories
• Advise leaders on organizational communications
• Develop communications for site-based and non-desk employees
• Support all-hands meetings, site milestones, and leadership updates
• Handle sensitive and high-stakes communications
• Share data centre infrastructure progress through company channels
• Coordinate messaging with adjacent teams and corporate communications
• Measure communication impact and share employee insight with leaders

Requirements

• Experience in internal or employee communications
• Experience communicating for an organization with physical operations
• Experience reaching frontline, field, or non-desk employees
• Technical fluency with engineering and operations work
• Experience advising senior business leaders on communications
• Writing and editing skills
• Project management skills
