Senior Manager DC Development AMERS

You will manage assigned data center development projects from site control through final investment decision. You will lead due diligence, entitlements, utility coordination, budgets, schedules, external consultants, and project risk reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage data center development projects from site control through final investment decision
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules
• Lead site control, due diligence, entitlements, permitting, utility coordination, and design management
• Coordinate energy, power, design, preconstruction, and sales workstreams
• Manage title, survey, geotechnical, environmental, zoning, and utility studies
• Support land acquisition and site-control transactions
• Execute entitlement and permitting strategies
• Coordinate utility interconnection and power procurement
• Track project milestones, costs, and risks
• Direct external consultants, engineers, and design partners
• Represent projects in internal, jurisdiction, utility, and partner meetings
• Mentor associates and analysts

Requirements

• 6+ years of related data center, real estate, or infrastructure development experience
• Experience advancing complex projects from site selection toward construction
• Expertise in site control, due diligence, entitlements, permitting, and design coordination
• Experience managing development budgets and schedules
• Experience contributing to final investment decision or capital approval packages
• Knowledge of power and utility interconnection
• Ability to manage multiple projects and external partners
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
