Senior Manager, Consulting Ecosystem

Engage directly with consulting firms and system integrators to source and manage strategic channel partnerships, qualify partner-sourced deals, drive approvals, support integrations, respond to RFPs, represent Stellar at events, develop partner enablement materials, set geographic priorities, and monitor institutional adoption.

Responsibilities

• Source new and manage existing relationships with strategic channel partners
• Qualify partner-sourced deals and drive internal approval processes
• Support and coordinate technical and operational integration processes
• Close large transformational consulting partnerships
• Advocate for partners and drive internal initiatives
• Collaborate with grants, community, and marketing teams to launch partner programs
• Respond to partner RFPs
• Represent Stellar at industry venues and organize representation
• Develop partner-facing educational materials and landing pages
• Monitor blockchain adoption by large institutions
• Set geographical priorities for partner efforts

Requirements

• 3+ years of business development or founder experience, especially in technical industries
• Experience closing complex enterprise-scale finance or fintech deals internationally
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time
• Experience with stakeholders and reseller-type partners
• Ability to participate actively in cross-functional projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, financial inclusion, and the Stellar network
• Engineering background or strong technical grasp of blockchain technology
• Track record of seeing projects through and communicating outcomes clearly
