Senior Manager Collaboration Platform Engineering

You will lead the strategy, lifecycle, governance, security, and adoption of collaboration platforms. You will manage platform engineering, automation, metrics, escalations, AI productivity tooling, compliance controls, and a team delivering scalable productivity services.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the collaboration platform roadmap
• Establish platform standards, governance, and operating procedures
• Lead platform engineering, configuration, integration, and lifecycle management
• Manage platform health, licensing, adoption, and operational metrics
• Build and govern automations using APIs, scripts, and workflow tools
• Improve employee lifecycle and collaboration workflows
• Drive adoption and governance of approved AI productivity tools
• Implement platform security, access, logging, and data-protection controls
• Support compliance evidence collection
• Lead collaboration platform engineering staff

Requirements

• Experience leading collaboration, productivity, SaaS, or enterprise platform engineering teams
• Hands-on experience with enterprise collaboration platforms
• Experience defining platform strategy, governance, standards, and operating models
• Knowledge of automation, workflow design, APIs, integrations, and platform-native automation
• Experience managing security and compliance requirements
• Leadership, stakeholder-management, and communication skills
