Senior IT Security Engineer

You will develop and harden security configuration standards for devices, servers, networks, and software. You will manage identity and access controls, conduct control reviews, automate validation and remediation, and integrate security checks into provisioning and deployment workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and harden security configuration standards
• Manage centralized identity and access management across employee lifecycles
• Conduct recurring control reviews and compliance audits
• Automate configuration validation and remediation
• Integrate security-baseline checks into provisioning and deployment workflows
• Collaborate with teams and locations to implement security measures

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT security experience with configuration and hardening exposure
• 2+ years of experience implementing CIS Controls and Benchmarks, NIST guidance, or ISO/IEC 27001
• Experience hardening Windows, Linux, Mac, and network components
• 3+ years of identity and access management experience
• Familiarity with configuration management or compliance tools
• Fluent English
