Senior Inventory Specialist Supply Chain

You will maintain accurate inventory records in SAP S4 HANA through cycle counts, reconciliations, and variance resolution. You will monitor material movements among labs and external partners, oversee shipments and returns, support prototype and NPI material availability, and uphold inventory controls, audits, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP S4 HANA through cycle counts, reconciliations, and variance resolution
• Monitor, audit, and reconcile material movements between labs, 3PLs, OSATs, and contract manufacturers
• Oversee shipments, transfers, receipts, and returns with external partners
• Support prototypes, engineering samples, and NPI activities with material availability
• Uphold internal controls, audits, and regulatory requirements
• Drive inventory process improvements

Requirements

• 5+ years of inventory management experience in semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing
• Experience using SAP S4 HANA or similar ERP systems
• Knowledge of inventory modules
• Experience with 3PL operations, contract manufacturing, and inventory consignment
• Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology
