Senior Growth Manager UK to Kenya

You will drive growth across East African communities in the UK, combining community engagement, partnership management, field marketing, and data-driven campaign optimisation. You will travel to diaspora hubs, build trusted relationships with community leaders and partners, execute acquisition initiatives, measure results, and bring user insights to Product and Marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Build a presence within East African diaspora associations, WhatsApp groups, and community networks across the UK
• Travel across the UK to lead community initiatives and participate in local events, meetups, and forums
• Build and maintain relationships with community leaders and grassroots partners
• Develop and execute user-acquisition strategies for East African communities in the UK
• Own growth targets and optimise campaigns using data and insights
• Source, negotiate, and manage partnerships tied to user acquisition
• Conduct market research and provide user insights to Product and Marketing teams
• Own campaigns from briefing through execution, measurement, and iteration
• Identify and launch new community touchpoints and partnership opportunities
• Use AI tools to draft campaign copy, analyse performance data, and scale outreach

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in growth, sales, marketing, or a similar fast-paced environment
• Deep understanding of the East African community in the UK
• Ability to deliver measurable results against targets and KPIs
• Data-driven performance tracking and strategy optimisation
• Interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Willingness to travel extensively across the UK and occasionally work weekends
