Right now, we’re looking for a Senior Go Developer to join our Product & Engineering Team and help build a scalable lead generation platform.

Key Responsibilities:
Break business cases into well-scoped tasks and deliver them end to end.
Build features in an AI-first workflow, guiding AI tools toward the right solution.
Make architectural decisions and keep code quality high through thorough code review.
Design and evolve backend services and the overall platform architecture.
Work with PostgreSQL: data modeling, query optimization, migrations.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand how traffic is acquired and monetized.

Requirements:
4+ years of commercial backend development experience
Experience with Go, or a strong background in another backend language and readiness to work in Go
Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL
Deep understanding of software architecture: SOLID, GRASP, design patterns, and development approaches
Comfortable working with AI coding tools and critically evaluating generated code
English level of B2 or higher

Nice to Have:
Experience in marketing, AdTech, or lead generation
