Senior Full-stack Software Engineer Growth Product

You will solve complex product and engineering problems across web and mobile platforms. You will build reusable services and components for marketing campaigns, onboarding, KYC, and first-funding experiences; collaborate on scalable distributed systems; participate in architecture decisions; run experiments; and improve performance and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers, designers, and analysts to identify growth opportunities and deliver data-driven solutions
• Implement reusable services and components for marketing campaigns, onboarding, KYC, and first-funding experiences
• Collaborate on distributed systems that handle high volumes of global traffic
• Participate in design and architecture discussions
• Measure, experiment, and iterate using data and experimentation frameworks
• Improve engineering standards, performance, and security practices

Requirements

• Have 5+ years of software engineering experience building and maintaining production systems at scale
• Build full-stack applications with TypeScript, Rust, Go, Python, or Ruby and React or React Native
• Understand distributed systems, performance optimization, debugging, and secure software design
• Be familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, MySQL or MariaDB, Redis, or GitLab CI/CD
• Apply a product mindset focused on key metrics
• Operate autonomously in a globally distributed remote-first environment
