Senior Forward Deployed Engineer

You will install, configure, and validate software in on-premise customer environments. You will integrate it with customer infrastructure, investigate and resolve on-site issues, create minimal reproductions, and provide field feedback. When not traveling, you will contribute to product code and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and validate software in on-premise customer environments
• Investigate and resolve on-site issues
• Create minimal reproductions and hand findings to engineering
• Integrate with customer infrastructure and verify end-to-end workflows
• Provide field feedback that informs product priorities
• Contribute to the product codebase when not traveling
• Design and implement impactful solutions

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechatronics, or equivalent experience
• Strong C# skills
• Experience with desktop or UI frameworks including WPF or Avalonia
• Enthusiasm for robotics and industrial automation
• Willingness to travel at least 40%
• Excellent English communication skills
