Senior Financial Analyst Financing Capital Markets

You will build financing, cash-flow, debt-service, and return models for GPU and data-center projects. You will analyze funding structures, prepare transaction materials, support execution and monitoring, track covenants and milestones, conduct market research, and improve financing processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financing, cash-flow, debt-service, and return models
• Analyze financing alternatives and structured solutions
• Prepare lender presentations, information packages, diligence responses, and executive summaries
• Support financing processes through closing, funding, and post-close monitoring
• Track capital expenditures, funding availability, covenants, payment schedules, and milestones
• Develop scenario analyses for deployment, capacity, revenue, costs, and liquidity
• Improve financing templates, reporting, controls, and data processes
• Conduct market and comparable-transaction research

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, engineering, or a related field
• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in banking, corporate finance, project finance, equipment finance, credit, treasury, transaction advisory, or FP&A
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to organize financial and operational information
• Written and verbal communication skills
