Senior Finance Manager Director of Finance Financing Capital Markets

You will lead financing strategy and execution for GPU purchases and data-center expansion. You will structure and negotiate funding solutions, manage capital-provider relationships, own transaction workstreams, develop funding scenarios, prepare executive materials, and establish financing controls and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead financing strategy and execution for GPU and data-center infrastructure
• Evaluate and negotiate financing alternatives
• Lead financing-market engagement and transaction execution
• Build and maintain relationships with capital providers
• Own transaction economics, financial models, diligence, documentation, and closing coordination
• Develop funding plans and scenario analyses
• Prepare executive recommendations and presentation materials
• Establish financing processes, controls, reporting, and portfolio monitoring
• Coach and develop a Senior Financial Analyst

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, engineering, or a related field
• 8 or more years of relevant corporate finance, investment banking, project finance, equipment finance, private credit, structured finance, or related experience
• Experience executing financing transactions through closing
• Financial modeling, valuation, credit analysis, scenario planning, and presentation skills
• Ability to translate operating assumptions into financing requirements and cash-flow implications
• Negotiation, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills
