Senior Field Engineer Industrial Robotics

You will lead multi-site customer deployments from onboarding to operational autonomy. You will manage timelines, coordinate field technicians and specialists, train users, guide change management, and help customers integrate robotics into their workflows. You will also communicate field insights and customer needs to Product and R&D teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site customer deployment projects from onboarding through operational autonomy
• Manage project timelines and value delivery
• Act as the primary contact for customer leadership and operations teams
• Drive user adoption and change management
• Coordinate field technicians and internal specialists
• Set priorities, allocate resources, and resolve on-site issues
• Advise industrial clients on integrating robotics into business workflows
• Lead training and enablement sessions for operators and plant management
• Translate field insights into requirements for Product and R&D teams

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, robotics, or a related field
• Experience in a customer-facing role involving robotics, industrial automation, or complex technical systems
• Communication and presentation skills for executive and operational audiences
• Change-management experience in industrial environments
• Ability to coordinate teams and manage on-site priorities
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 60%
