You will lead engineering delivery for custody, transaction authorization, key management, wallet infrastructure, and blockchain integrations. You will own the architecture and roadmap of a distributed MPC custody platform, support managed and licensed deployments, guide security and compliance practices, lead incident response, and hire and develop engineering leaders and senior engineers.
Responsibilities
- Lead teams delivering custody and wallet infrastructure
- Own the distributed MPC custody platform architecture
- Define the technical roadmap
- Partner with product, security, business development, and executives
- Support managed and licensed deployment models
- Maintain security, compliance, and governance standards
- Lead incident response
- Hire and mentor engineering managers and senior engineers
- Drive AI-assisted engineering adoption
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- 5+ years leading teams shipping secure distributed systems
- Large-scale security-critical platform ownership
- MPC expertise
- Threshold signature expertise
- TEE expertise
- HSM expertise
- Kubernetes experience
- Infrastructure-as-code experience
- CI/CD experience
- Observability experience
- SOC 2 knowledge
- ISO 27001 knowledge
- NIST knowledge
- AML/KYC knowledge
- Digital asset infrastructure experience
- Executive and institutional customer communication experience
