Senior Engineering Manager

You will lead multiple engineering teams across backend, frontend, and platform infrastructure. You will guide architecture and technical strategy, improve delivery practices and quality standards, develop engineering leaders, and make critical decisions to keep systems secure, scalable, performant, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple engineering teams and coach managers, staff engineers, and senior individual contributors
• Drive engineering execution and on-time delivery of secure, performant systems
• Oversee the design and development of high-scale distributed production systems
• Collaborate with product, design, and business stakeholders on the technology roadmap
• Establish engineering best practices, delivery processes, and quality standards
• Mentor engineering leaders and develop technical excellence
• Improve scalability, architecture, and developer experience through emerging technologies
• Champion privacy by design and security-first engineering

Requirements

• Experience leading engineering organizations in global, high-growth environments
• Leadership experience coaching, mentoring, and developing leaders
• TypeScript and Node.js knowledge
• Experience with React, Next.js, or Flutter
• Experience designing, deploying, and scaling microservices on AWS
• Knowledge of privacy, security, cryptography, and resilient system design
• Cross-functional collaboration with product, design, and security stakeholders
