You will source and support startups and founders building on XRPL, manage strategic relationships, map ecosystem value chains, and connect founders, investors, and partners. You will originate, structure, and close grants, partnerships, and investments while shaping strategy and influencing product priorities.
Responsibilities
- Build a pipeline through VCs, accelerators, corporates, and strategic partners
- Manage tier-one relationships with investors, corporates, accelerators, and conferences
- Map value chains and identify adoption gaps
- Connect founders, investors, and partners
- Originate, evaluate, structure, and close grants, partnerships, and investments
- Design deal terms and milestones
- Manage deals through signature and handoff
- Sharpen ecosystem value propositions and market signals
- Turn market and regulatory signals into strategic recommendations
- Partner with Product, Engineering, BD, Corp Dev, DevRel, and Go-to-Market
- Pressure-test growth strategies and make tradeoff decisions
Requirements
- 8+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, corporate strategy, or venture capital
- Enterprise fintech, financial services, payments, or treasury-technology experience
- Active network across fintech, payments, and crypto
- Understanding of blockchain and traditional financial services
- Experience building commercial opportunities from zero-to-one
- Experience in cross-border payments, stablecoins, FX, lending, credit, or agentic payments
- Familiarity with XRP Ledger and RLUSD
- Emerging-market experience
- Based in or willing to relocate to New York, Miami, London, or São Paulo
