Senior Director System Engineering and Intelligence Global

You will set the roadmap for operational systems, establish asset-data governance, build telemetry and analytics foundations, improve maintenance reliability, advance automation safely, quantify site readiness, manage cross-functional escalations, and develop engineering, data science, and data engineering capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own a multi-year roadmap and investment portfolio for operational systems and data platforms
• Establish asset identities, taxonomy, hierarchy, configuration, and BOM standards
• Lead data cleansing and validation-at-source programs
• Deliver unified asset and topology models with OT and IT data ingestion
• Publish data-quality scores and shared operational definitions
• Own CMMS or EAM configuration, maintenance strategies, and controlled operating procedures
• Map condition data to assets and automate predictive-maintenance work orders
• Build anomaly detection, remaining-useful-life prediction, and thermal and power optimization
• Advance operational control loops through approved autonomy stages
• Turn commissioning and handover into measurable site-readiness gates
• Manage supplier data deliverables and senior cross-functional escalations
• Build and develop lifecycle engineering, data science, and data engineering functions

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience across engineering, asset management, enterprise systems, or industrial analytics
• 7+ years leading cross-functional programs at director level or above
• CMMS or EAM platform ownership at scale
• Master data, PIM, PLM, BOM, and configuration management
• Analytics or machine learning delivery for physical infrastructure
• BMS, SCADA, or historian data experience
• Enterprise and data architecture
• ERP

• Palantir Foundry or equivalent
• ITIL-aligned operations
• MOP, LOTO, and permit-to-work regimes
• Experience building a function from scratch
