Senior Director of Hivemind Finance

You will lead programme-finance activities that support project execution and financial outcomes. You will advise programme leadership, improve finance processes and tools, establish scalable operating methods, lead cross-functional improvements, and help programmes achieve orders, revenue, EBITDA, and cash goals.

Responsibilities

• Advise programme-management leadership on financial matters
• Partner with programme leadership on programme-finance activities
• Improve programme-finance processes, policies, templates, and tools
• Establish sustainable methods for executing assigned finance areas
• Lead cross-functional improvements across finance functions
• Enhance frameworks that help programmes achieve orders, revenue, EBITDA, and cash goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 10–15 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, programme business management, or FP&A
• Eight or more years of aerospace and defence industry experience
• Experience in financial planning and analysis, programme controls, pricing, earned value management, budgets and rates, ERP transformations, accounting, or FAR compliance
• Understanding of US GAAP in government contracting or manufacturing
• Knowledge of cost accounting and government contract structures
• Advanced Excel, financial modeling, AI tool suite, and data-analysis proficiency
• Working knowledge of Power BI and data-visualisation tools
• Understanding of financial statements and business metrics
• Ability to communicate complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders
• Located in Crystal City, Arlington, Virginia
