Senior Director Development APAC

You will lead front-end development for APAC data center projects from acquisition and design through permitting and delivery handover. You will shape regional strategy, oversee major projects, manage permitting, build a regional team, and maintain stakeholder relationships and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of front-end development across APAC data center projects
• Lead scalable and repeatable design development
• Shape and drive APAC development strategy
• Build and lead a regional development team
• Oversee major projects and coordinate stakeholders
• Manage permitting processes and regulatory risks
• Develop relationships with partners, landowners, consultants, and public bodies
• Coordinate with design, delivery, and cost management teams
• Maintain development reporting and documentation

Requirements

• 10+ years in development or project leadership roles
• Experience in data center, mission-critical, or large-scale infrastructure projects
• Understanding of site development, permitting, and design coordination
• Experience building and managing teams, consultants, and contractors
• Knowledge of local markets
• Fluency in English
