Senior Deal Desk Manager

You will manage commercial contract workflows from drafting through execution. You will prepare agreements, coordinate Legal Finance and Sales approvals, maintain documentation and version control, report on contract activity, improve templates and playbooks, support stakeholders, explain contract requirements, and escalate complex issues to legal counsel.

Responsibilities

• Draft review and prepare commercial sales agreements
• Manage end-to-end contract workflows in contract management systems
• Coordinate approvals across Legal Finance and Sales leadership
• Maintain the contract repository and version control
• Track contract metrics and report on status timelines and pipeline
• Maintain contract playbooks and templates
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements
• Answer contract-related questions from internal stakeholders
• Educate sales teams on contract terms and approval requirements
• Escalate complex legal or business issues to legal counsel

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in contracts management legal operations sales operations or a related commercial contracting role
• Experience with SaaS contracts and enterprise software agreements
• Proficiency with contract lifecycle management systems Linksquares Salesforce CRM and AI automation tools
• Ability to create documentation templates and scalable workflows
• Understanding of contract terms commercial concepts and risk considerations
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Experience working across Legal Sales Finance and Operations teams
• Bachelor's degree preferred
