Senior Data Analyst

You will launch a foundational BI tool and create executive, board, and team dashboards. You will analyze financial and GTM performance, maintain governed dbt models and shared metrics, improve warehouse and pipeline data, and build tested agentic workflows for on-demand reporting and insights.

Responsibilities

• Launch the foundational BI tool and build executive and team dashboards
• Build executive and board reporting for Finance and GTM
• Analyze targets, actuals, pipeline health, margins, and billing issues
• Build and maintain governed dbt models
• Identify and address gaps in the data warehouse, ETL pipelines, and semantic layer
• Build and maintain the context layer and agentic analytics harness
• Partner with Finance and GTM to build scalable workflows and data products

Requirements

• 3+ years as a data analyst or senior data analyst
• Strong SQL
• Experience with a cloud data warehouse such as BigQuery or Snowflake
• Experience building and maintaining dbt models and a semantic layer
• Experience building dashboards and self-serve analytics in a BI tool such as Omni, Sigma, or Looker
• Knowledge of finance and GTM metrics including ARR, retention, bookings, pipeline coverage, CAC, and gross margin
• Experience using agentic tools such as Claude Code or Codex
• Ability to work with messy data and evaluate trade-offs
• Ability to communicate with senior leadership and technical and non-technical peers
