You will build AI automations and IT workflows, improve ticketing and self-service, automate user and device management, and optimize corporate software systems. You will improve MDM and onboarding, enforce security policies, lead endpoint, IAM, and backend projects, and train and support staff.
Responsibilities
- Build AI automations, custom skills, and IT workflows
- Tune agentic IT ticketing, analyze tickets, define KPIs, and automate common request resolution
- Automate user and device management
- Enable self-service and help departments automate processes
- Manage and optimize corporate software systems
- Improve mobile device management and onboarding
- Roll out and enforce security policies
- Lead IT projects across endpoint management, IAM, and the IT backend
- Train and support staff on IT systems
