Senior Contracts Lawyer

You will draft, analyse, and review domestic and international contracts, especially technology, AI solution, and service agreements. You will prepare legal opinions, advise internal areas, negotiate with suppliers and partners, coordinate with external law firms and regulators, and identify and mitigate legal risks.

Requirements

• Solid experience with technology contracts
• Fluent English
• Contract negotiation
• Legal risk assessment and contract customisation
• Senior practical legal and contractual experience
