Senior Construction Manager APAC

You will lead end-to-end AI data center construction across APAC. You will manage contractors, construction workflows, document control, commissioning readiness, project risks, safety compliance, reporting, and handover to operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI data center construction delivery
• Manage site enablement works and appointed contractors
• Manage MEP, BMS, fire, security, network readiness, and fit-out vendors
• Own approvals, RFIs, submittals, inspections, punch lists, and closeout
• Drive commissioning readiness and operational handover
• Maintain document-control governance and audit-ready records
• Report construction progress, risks, forecasts, and blockers
• Champion EHS standards and regulatory compliance
• Maintain project risk registers and mitigation plans
• Travel to sites for reviews, safety audits, and startup support

Requirements

• 5+ years delivering data center construction or mission-critical infrastructure
• Construction execution, document control, and contract administration experience
• Experience managing contractors and vendors on tight schedules
• Knowledge of MEP and critical-systems delivery and construction-to-commissioning handover
• Proficiency with Aconex, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or SharePoint
• Ability to travel across APAC
