Senior Cloud Data Engineer Data Reconstruction HIPAA

You will design secure, resumable cloud pipelines for multi-terabyte scan datasets and orchestrate GPU-accelerated reconstruction and analysis. You will define the medical-imaging data lifecycle, implement HIPAA and PHI security controls, and build monitoring, alerting, runbooks, and operational improvements for the device fleet.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure, resumable cloud pipelines for large scan datasets
• Build orchestration for GPU-accelerated reconstruction and analysis
• Define medical-imaging data lifecycle, retention policies, and reproducibility
• Implement encryption, key management, least privilege, audit logging, and access reviews
• Build monitoring, alerting, runbooks, and incident-driven operational improvements
