Senior Business Process Analyst Logistics

You will map and improve end-to-end logistics processes across shipping, freight, customs, warehouse operations, and returns. You will gather requirements, address configuration gaps, manage logistics master data, analyze inefficiencies, document SOPs, and lead training and adoption for system changes.

Responsibilities

• Map, document, and improve end-to-end logistics processes
• Partner with Logistics leads and ERP owners to gather requirements and close configuration gaps
• Standardize processes and map ERP integrations with PLM, TMS, carrier, forwarder, and customs platforms
• Own logistics master data standards and quality
• Facilitate working sessions, document actions, and track sprint-based improvements
• Analyze logistics data, investigate root causes, and recommend improvements
• Document SOPs and lead training and adoption for new workflows and system changes

• Business process analysis or operations improvement experience in logistics, supply chain, or hardware
