Senior Blockchain Engineer Moonshot

You will take ambiguous blockchain infrastructure and product ideas from initial experiments through production delivery. You will define hypotheses, prototype across relevant system layers, evaluate technical and operational viability, and support the systems you launch.

Responsibilities

• Identify developer and infrastructure problems for potential blockchain products
• Define experiment hypotheses, success criteria, constraints, and time limits
• Prototype blockchain clients, RPC, indexing, transaction infrastructure, backend services, and smart contracts
• Test protocol and implementation assumptions with reproducible benchmarks and failure cases
• Evaluate technical feasibility, security, operating cost, and operational value
• Design, test, roll out, and document validated production systems
• Write recommendations based on experiment results
• Maintain monitoring, runbooks, fixes, and incident response for shipped systems
