Senior Agent Architect

You will design end-to-end architectures for enterprise AI agent deployments and connect platforms with CRM, ERP, ticketing, and contact-center systems. You will configure API integrations, test reliability and agent performance, advise customers, design prompts and conversational flows, refine voice output, and document best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solution architectures for AI agent deployments
• Build and configure integrations using integration platforms and APIs
• Collaborate on complex custom integration scenarios
• Test architecture, integration reliability, and AI agent performance
• Resolve deployment blockers with internal stakeholders and customers
• Scope deployments and provide architecture advice to customers and partners

• Document best practices and product capabilities

Requirements

• 3+ years of enterprise customer-facing experience in solution architecture, systems architecture, or enterprise integration
